IlKhan's Eyes Only is the fourth and final in a series of ilClan era sourcebooks, which highlight the state of the Inner Sphere from January 3151 to June 3152, following the events of Hour of the Wolf and ilClan. The sourcebook was published in PDF and print on 15 January 2025. It allows players to use the Chaos Campaign rules to playout a tabletop campaign of these events.

The title is a combination of in-universe intelligence report/recap of the Star League/Clans campaign to stabilize the control of Terra and to create a safety buffer around the capital world.
