Tribes The Rock Troll is a stone giant that complicates combat with its reactive defense and control effects. It brings a unique summoning/reappearance mechanic to the faction. It doesn’t just shine for its attacks, but for being a persistent threat.

What does it bring to its army? 

• Area tank: an-anchor that absorbs attention and punishes attempts to bring it down.
• Can break enemy lines by pushing foes away.
• Its Rest ability reshapes the map in its favor, generating difficult terrain.
• Synergy with the Evoker: turns it into a living piece of the army’s magical ecosystem, a resource that can be repositioned, healed, or brought back into play.
• Opponents must plan how to deal with the Troll knowing it can return, that hitting it comes at a cost, and that it leaves a mark on the battlefield even when destroyed.
